We are exclusively retained to recruit for this really exciting well-paid position for a sales professional who can demonstrate selling solutions to Main Contractors and the London architect set in the South East of England concentrating on Central London. The solution is an Offite Construction manufactured one aimed at Main Contractors for Residential, Hotel and Student Accommodation use.

It is imperative that you can demonstrate a track record selling to the likes of John Sisk, Vinci, GMI, Mace, Laing O’Rourke, Berkeley Homes, Quintain Living, Minerva Housing and that you are confident in producing large projects through Architects within the South East of England.

Daily you will be responsible for finding suitable projects within Residential (PRS, Private Rental, leasehold), Hotel and Student Accommodation sectors assisted by a sales and marketing person that you will manage.
