Job Title: Quality Inspector (MMC)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Modular housing manufacturer based in Cambridgeshire who are at the forefront of the MMC revolution with a vision of creating a Net-zero carbon future.

Responsibilities include implementing a quality assurance programme, regular inspections and testing to verify structural integrity, durability and performance of building components. Ensuring all builds have maximum energy, water and waste management efficiency working to residential house building regulations.


  • Residential / modular housing experience
  • Working to residential building regulations
  • Offsite construction experience
  • Quality inspections


  • Implement QA programme
  • Compliance to Industry Standards and Building codes
  • Record and maintain inspection and test records
  • Producing reports based on technical structural evaluations
  • Identifying defects and correcting them


  • In-depth knowledge of residential building regulations
  • Communication and organisational skills
  • Reporting in line with BOPAS standards
