Legal Contracts Manager – Modular Construction

Dubai

Company Overview: An established, leading player in the construction sector in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Legal Contracts Manager specializing in Modular Construction.

Position Overview: As a Legal Contracts Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing legal aspects, contracts, and compliance within the context of modular construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management:

    • Lead negotiations for modular construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
    • Develop and implement contract strategies to maximize project profitability.
  2. Legal Compliance:

    • Ensure contracts align with legal and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize agreements.
  3. Financial Oversight:

    • Analyse financial implications of contracts and provide strategic insights.
    • Implement pricing strategies within the legal framework.
  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and contractual alignment.
    • Provide guidance to enhance a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field. Legal certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Contracts Manager, particularly in modular construction.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal compliance, and financial implications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity within the Modular Construction sector would be advantageous.
