Role: Key Account Sales Manager – Construction Products – ARV 6660B
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE + Bonus + Car or Car Allowance
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Home based with national travel
Ideal location would be Midlands, or the North West or the North East with a willingness to travel to group sites when required.
You will be joining a well financed group who have various manufacturing businesses all supplying construction based products into Tie 1 Contractors, by way of specification and directly to some very large corporate businesses.
The role
You will be selling on the behalf of all group companies targeting Tier 1 Main Contractors, Architect Practises and large end user corporate accounts.
You will have a strong sales background with the experience of dealing with very large corporate companies, proactive and driven, we are looking for a sales person not a people manager (initially) but of the quality to be a strong number two to the Group Commercial Director.
You will need to be open minded and willing to learn a wide product range.

About you
– Capable of making senior level presentations and closing business in the short, medium and long timespans (A strategic approach and not an order taker)
– You will be someone who can work across all the group’s products and see this as an enhanced opportunity with a wide portfolio of offerings to produce sales
– Manage the sales pipeline of prospects through relationship building and market awareness.
– You will feel comfortable using a crm database to track sales and activity which our client has invested heavily into
– Open-minded and willing to learn a wide product range
