Façade Design Manager
West Midlands (option for hybrid up to 2 days WFH)

We are working with a well-established, nationally operating offsite construction company who are now seeking an experienced Façade Design Manager to lead and develop its façade design capability. With a strong forward order book, a reputation for technical excellence, and a collaborative delivery culture, this business offers stability, progression, and the opportunity to shape high-impact façade solutions across complex projects.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation’s PMV function, responsible for guiding a team of façade designers through early-stage concept development, technical coordination, and alignment with procurement and manufacturing. As Façade Design Manager, you will ensure high-quality, accurate, and compliant design output that supports efficient offsite production and seamless on-site installation.

Do you have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in cladding and glazing design
  • Excellent understanding of construction detailing, sequencing, and buildability
  • Good working knowledge in AutoCAD 2D and Revit
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop your team 
  • Architectural Technician qualification (essential requirement) and if you have an Engineering background this would be beneficial
  • Proven track record delivering façade / cladding / glazing projects
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant legislation
