Job Title: Contracts Manager

Salary: £60,000

  • Are you a Contracts Manager with experience of delivering NEC3 Contracts?
  • Would you enjoy a role focussed on the larger projects (c. £1-£3m) of this specialist contractor?

You will be joining a high performing subsidiary of a national modular construction business. Specialising in new build works, this contractor’s speciality lies within converting existing modular buildings into new applications.

With a large site in the North Yorkshire region, this business has the capacity to store high volumes of modular stock. These units are then re-shaped and freshly fitted out in their on-site production units to produce buildings on spec for education, leisure, healthcare, retail and commercial applications.

Having secured several projects under NEC option 3 contracts, a contract manager is now sought to specifically manage & deliver projects up to £3m in value.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with:

  • Experience working as a tier 1 contractor 
  • A background delivering new build commercial projects – modular is advantageous
  • Experience in contract variations with both JCT & NEC forms of contract
  • Strong communication skills across all levels 
  • Excellent knowledge of NEC3 contracts
  • Ability to commute to offices in the North York region
