About your employer

You will be working for one of the largest manufacturers of metal stillages, metal skips and metal bins in the UK and their sister company that manufactures both Metal and GRP Enclosures.  They design and fabricate bespoke and standard products which are sold to a variety of clients within manufacturing, transport and distribution and warehousing / storage environments specialising in large volume orders for stillages.  A wide number of sectors for Enclosures to include: Telecoms, Switchgear, Blast Units, Compressor Housings and both Bespoke GRP and Metal Enclosures for various applications.

Your role

Working closely with your in house design team you will be selling your employers ability to manufacture bespoke Stillages, skips, bins and metal / GRP enclosures in quantity.  Your target companies will include large warehousing facilities, component manufacturers transporting their products to OEMs, and factories needing to store components and finished production items.  The Enclosures sector includes customers in the Rail, the Utility, Highways, panel builders and switchgear manufacturers.

About You

A background in the sale of steel where you are constantly talking about sizes and dimensions to a variety of manufacturers will be of particular interest to our client.  You could also come from within the sale of racking and storage solutions to manufacturers and the distribution sector or having sold electrical related products to OEMS, panel builders or large end users like the Utilities and the Rail sectors.
