Are you an experienced manager with a background in delivering new build timber frame projects?
Would you enjoy working for a large group?

Fantastic opportunity for someone to take their first steps in to contracts management and join a large construction business delivering new build timber frame projects across the residential sector. You will be working as part of a team on each job to ensure that the timber frame structures are being installed on time, on budget and profitable.

Your background in timber frame construction will be essential as you will be expected to work alongside timber frame sub contractors to ensure a smooth installation process. 

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

  • Can demonstrate a strong background in timber frame installation
  • Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS
  • Possess multi site management experience
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Sub contractor management experience
