Architectural Technician
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Location: Dundee, Scotland

Architectural Technician required for an award-winning specialist providing bespoke solutions to self-builders. In this role you will be supporting the Business Development Manager in managing and converting sales opportunities in the geographical area. Working with Self-Builders you will be able to realise your creative potential and work on providing your customers with their dream home – every project is bespoke to suit. Although the role is mainly office-based, you will have the opportunity to visit sites to see your projects for yourself.
If you have a good Architectural Technician experience with some client-facing skills to complement your technical/design background, this role could suit you.
Key Skills for the Architectural Technician role:

Proven technical experience with buildings or building components

Understanding of how a building is put together (including having built your own home)

Experience in the Timber-Frame industry would be highly beneficial, as would the ability to use AutoCAD

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Exceptional organisational skills

Experience using CRM systems

Willingness to go the extra mile for a customer
