It’s National Apprenticeship Week.
Apprenticeships are SO important, and a subject close to my heart. My son worried me just a little when he decided to leave Uni to pursue an Apprenticeship, however he is now well into a NVQ level 6 Chartered Manager Degree within Microsoft, and has recently been selected as Chair on the Apprenticeship Council for the Association of Apprentices.
Within ARV Solutions we have supported Apprenticeships for many years, and currently have three fabulous employees close to completing their NVQ3 in Recruitment.
We also heard today we are finalists for the Recruitment Juice Employer of the year! Doubly proud! Well done all! University doesn’t suit everyone, and Apprenticeships at all levels are needed to give people the best skills to succeed in their career.
